Business Cube Logics (BCL) is a whole new, original decision-making framework designed to tackle the complexity inherent in business management. BCL provides a visualized, structural, and holistic view that maps the explicit cause-and-effect links across your entire business ecosystem.
The complexity is that many SME leaders rely on fragmented experience and disjointed business data, often trapped by information silos and limited to static, backward-looking analysis. As a result, decisions are frequently driven by instinct rather than rational, structured logic.
